Smart Economic Policy is the means by which Guilds govern the transaction behavior of its members. These smart contracts will prevent engaging in buying and selling practices that violate the standards by which the guild upholds. For example, if a guild decrees that no item shall be sold by a member that has a premium over base cost to create to its members then its members will be blocked from making this transaction. In order to be allowed to make a violating transaction they must leave the guild.
