The network itself is a distributed p2p web application that is devoid of central control. Each member of the network contributes a portion of the network's computing resources. This ensures that if network access is somehow limited that the network may persist with as many or as few members as can be connected to. In order to join and participate in the network all users must authenticate biometrically. This ensures that every members’ account represents only one real human being and cannot be accessed by any other human being without their consent. This allows anonymity to be preserved if a member so chooses but guarantees their identity cannot be stolen.
The network serves as a commercial hub where members can advertise goods and services, create goods or services, or gather information on the needs of their surrounding community and the network as a whole.
